Fidelity Investments has appointed a new member to its senior management team for its global insitutional business.

David Stewart, currently head of Fidelity's emerging markets group, will become managing director of Fidelity Pensions Management. He will be responsible for the UK and European institutional business, reporting to Richard Horlick, managing director of Fidelity's global institutional business.
