It’s no secret that the finance industry lags other sectors when it comes to hiring and retaining diverse employees. And then there’s private equity. 

“The world of finance is infamous for its challenges with diversity, and the problem is particularly acute in PE and other alternative asset classes,” accountancy giant EY said in a report.
