Regulators and central banks are noticeably absent from a new list of the top European financial groups that publicly disclose information on staff diversity, ranging from gender to sexual orientation and faith.
Think tank New Financial on Monday published a report covering 115 public and private companies and institutions with significant operations in Europe's capital markets and their efforts to report on staff diversity. Only one regulator of 20 sampled, the UK Financial Conduct Authority, appeared in its top 20 for diversity disclosure, while none of Europe's central banks featured.
