Six European financiers are among 20 industry leaders chosen to sit on the European Commission's securities markets experts group.

They include Andrew Procter, Deutsche Bank's head of compliance for the UK and western Europe; John Holland, chief operating officer of UBS's global equities business; and Henny Kapteyn, head of finance control and risk management at ABP, the €190bn ($240bn) Dutch pension fund.
