A group representing 200 UK fintech start-ups is thinking about building a permanent "virtual sandbox" to help firms share ideas about fundraising, testing and getting products to market quicker.

Trade body Innovate Finance said on February 10 that it wanted input from the firms on whether an “industry sandbox” would be helpful, and what shape it should take. Interested parties will have four weeks to respond. The results will be announced in April.
