First State Investments has appointed Will Oulton as global head of responsible investment based in London and Pablo Berrutti as head of responsible investment Asia-Pacific based in Sydney. These follow Amanda McCluskey's move to First State Stewart's Asia-Pacific and global emerging markets equity team in Singapore. Oulton previously worked at Mercer Investments London as head of responsible investment for Emea. Berrutti previously worked at Perpetual in Sydney as head of responsible investment.
