Fleming Family & Partners, the investment management office of the Fleming family, has acquired Sagitta Asset Management, set up by billionaire, Wafic Said and Bob Michaelson in 1995 and which manages assets of around £850m (€1.2bn).

The acquisition will increase Fleming's assets under management to £3.6bn.
