A&O’s deckchairs continue to shuffle. Having been passed over for the senior partner job twice, it was only a matter of time before co-head of private capital Philip Bowden would be off. FN can now reveal Bowden has quit to join Proskauer Rose. The added bonus: junior partner Megan Lawrence is heading as well.
