Financial News was named Publication of the Year for Institutional Investment at the Willis Towers Watson Journalism Awards last night, adding to a haul of trophies in a year of significant investment and development for the publication.

The award, which recognises excellence in reporting on topics such as asset management, investment consulting and pension funds, was decided on a public vote by over 500 industry professionals, and presented by Luba Nikulina, Willis Towers Watson’s head of fund manager research.
