“Believe in yourself and your abilities, and know that you can have it all.” This is the advice of Saba Nazar, vice-chairman of global sponsors at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, to women considering a career in financial services.

Nazar's name was among those in Financial News' annual list of the 100 most influential women working in Europe's financial markets, published this week. These women work across the industry, at investment banks, asset managers, private equity firms, hedge funds, consultants, exchanges, pension funds and at regulatory and trade bodies.
