Three former executives at the buyout giant Advent International are out to help the next generation of private equity firms get on their feet, writes Ed Ballard for FN's sister publication Private Equity News.

Bob Brown, Jim McGee and Andy Lund, who run the fundraising advisory firm BearTooth Advisors, are now offering office space and administrative support - as well as seed capital - to encourage new managers to launch their own funds.
