A former Goldman Sachs analyst is suing the bank for discriminating against him for having attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. He says this has cost him an £11.4m career in banking and hedge funds.

Kwasi Afrifa, who was employed by Goldman between 2014 and 2018, has told a London employment tribunal the bank failed to make basic adjustments to his role that would have allowed him to thrive in finance.
