Former CDC IXIS head joins Bucéphale

Laurent Vieillevigne, the former global head of corporate and institutional clients at CDC IXIS, the French investment banking group, who quit the group in July, has joined Paris-based Bucéphale Finance as a partner.

The boutique merger and acquisition advisor was set up in May 2004 by exisiting partners Jean-Marc Forneri, the former chairman of Credit Suisse First Boston in France, and Luc Demarre, a prominent French banker.
