Two Citigroup dealmakers who previously co-headed its coverage of the building materials sector globally have teamed up again at the boutique advisors they moved to.

Heka Advisors, which was launched in December by former UBS dealmaker Alexandre Blanchard, has entered into a strategic partnership to work with US-based Vestra Advisors, according to a statement.
