The former head of UK investment banking at Citigroup, who left the bank amid an ongoing probe into inappropriate conduct, has re-emerged at a London boutique.

Jan Skarbek, who departed the US bank in August last year, has been hired as a partner at Europa Partners, according to an update on its website.
