A former partner of Court Square Capital Partners, an independent private equity firm established by former members of Citigroup Venture Capital Equity Partners, has set up a firm, according to documents filed with Companies House.

Olmeto Capital Partners was founded by Michael Gollner in November last year, although it has not yet received Financial Services Authority approval.
