Rory Macnamara, a well-known former deputy chairman of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, has taken on a non-executive directorship at Madsen Gornall Ashe, a media consultancy.

The corporate financier, who left Lehman Brothers in July last year, said he was not looking for full-time employment, but might take on more non-executive roles.
