Andrew Smith-Maxwell, a former global co-head of energy and utilities at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, has joined Fieldstone Private Capital Group, the investment banking boutique specialising in advising on utilities and infrastructure deals.

Smith-Maxwell is the latest in a string of former high-profile bankers to join or set up investment banking boutiques in the past couple of years.
