Chris Wheeler, the former head of equities at Fox-Pitt Kelton, the specialist investment bank, has resurfaced at Bear Stearns.

The veteran analyst joins Bear Stearns' European banks and speciality finance research team as a managing director. He will head capital markets and investment banks coverage and report to Roger Hirst, head of European equity research.
