Former HSBC chief executive John Flint is stepping down from his role heading the UK sovereign wealth fund, which has kicked off a search for his successor.

Flint took the helm of the UK Infrastructure Bank in 2021, around two years after his exit from his short-lived tenure as chief executive of HSBC.
