Chris Stebbings has re-emerged as head of equities at Altium Capital, the UK boutique investment bank, after being made redundant by ING Charterhouse Securities in January as part of the Dutch bank's plan to cut 1,000 jobs across the ING group.

Stebbings, who will be based in London, will head an equities team of 24. He will replace Mark Clubb who has moved to the corporate finance team.
