Phil Wagstaff, the former head of distribution at Janus Henderson, is to join Jupiter Fund Management. He follows in the footsteps of Andrew Formica, his former boss who became chief executive of Jupiter earlier this year.

Wagstaff will join Jupiter as global head of distribution and a member of the executive committee on June 5, the company announced on May 13.
