Pinder Fry & Benjamin, the UK boutique which designs, develops and markets specialist financial products for retail investors, has recruited Ed Williams, previously European head of structured equity-linked products at Merrill Lynch.

Williams spent over 11 years at the US bank where he was most recently responsible for the origination and distribution of various funds, warrants and financial structures.
