Robin Hindle Fisher, former chief executive of Phillips & Drew, has joined Deutsche Asset Management after taking a year out to complete a postgraduate business course.

At Deutsche Asset Management, Hindle Fisher will be responsible for client and consultant relationships, including sales and marketing. He will report to Paul Berriman, UK chief executive, and work closely with Karl Sternberg, Europe and Asia investment chief.
