The former global head of media and entertainment structured finance at French bank Société Générale, has co-launched Entertainment Capital Advisors, a specialist media and entertainment strategic and financial advisory firm.

Premila Hoon, who left SG last December, is behind the new firm which will advise growth companies and companies wishing to divest or acquire others in the film, TV and music sectors.
