Natexis Banques Populaires, the French bank, has hired Geoffrey de Beauregard from SG to run its equity and arbitrage division.

De Beauregard has spent 10 years with SG, where he was most recently chairman of the bank's European investment banking executive committee. Before that he held several senior equities posts including head of equities sales, cash trading and research.
