Former Telecom Italia chief sells out to Rothschild

Franco Bernabè, the former chief executive officer of Eni, the Italian utility, and Telecom Italia has sold his boutique to Rothschild and joined the bank as a vice chairman of Rothschild Europe.

Bernabé founded Franco Bernabè & C. in 2000 along with Giovanni Stella, formerly a general manager of Agip Petroli and and Chicco Testa, formerly chairman of Enel.
