Andrew Formica, the former co-chief executive of Janus Henderson, has joined the advisory board of a Manchester-headquartered wealth advisory firm Artorius – one of his first appointments since leaving the helm of the asset manager earlier this year.
Formica was ousted from the leadership role at Janus Henderson in August after its board chose Dick Weil to be its sole CEO. He will join three other senior City names at Artorius, including James Leigh-Pemberton, deputy chairman of UK Government Investments.
