Fortis Bank, the Dutch financial services firm, is stepping up its efforts to capture more hedge fund business worldwide with three key regional hires.

Samuel Lee joins the bank's prime fund solutions group as manager of sales and client relations to focus on the sales effort to the hedge funds and fund of hedge funds in Asia.
