Fortis Investment Management, the Benelux funds house, jumped from tenth to third favourite asset manager in France last year, in a poll conducted by Amadeis, the French consultant, of institutional investors with a combined €400bn ($480bn) in assets.

French houses SG Asset Management and Crédit Agricole Asset Management came first and second.
