Fox-Pitt, Kelton, the boutique bank specialising in financial services and owned by Swiss Re, has started rebuilding its equities team with Mark Roberts as head of European equity sales. The group has been hit recently with a number of departures.

Roberts, previously with Lehman Bothers as head of financial specialist sales and co-head of bank research, spent two years at Schroders Securities in financial specialist sales and before that eight years at UBS.
