Fox-Pitt Kelton adds to corporate finance

Fox-Pitt Kelton, the investment bank that specialises in advising financial institutions, has added to its corporate finance team.

James Drace-Francis has joined as a vice-president within European corporate finance. He was previously at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) for five years, most recently as a vice-president. In recent years he has specialised in financial institutions advisory work. Before DrKW he was at accounting firm Andersen.
