Fox resigns from Bisys

Jim Fox has resigned as chief financial officer and executive vice-president of Bisys, the troubled outsourcing group facing a $25m (€20.3m) regulatory fine and the restatement of three years' results. No reason was given for his departure.

Fox had been with the company two years and will be replaced by Bruce Dalziel, who joins from DoubleClick, an internet marketing company.
