France Télécom had the worst corporate governance in the Euro Stoxx 50 Index for the second year running, according to a survey of governance practice by DWS, the German investment firm.

In its second annual survey of corporate governance, DWS ranked France Télécom 50th out of the 50 index constituents. Last year, it ranked 43rd in the survey, which only included 43 of the 50 companies in the index.
