Frank Russell, the multi-manager firm, has hired Mark Barry as a director of client services from Dresdner RCM Global Investors.

Barry will be the point of contact for some of Russell's institutional multi-manager clients. He will report to Mike Clark, who heads the institutional client service team at Frank Russell.
