Frank Russell has added TimesSquare, Systematic Financial Management and David J Greene to its existing roster of 13 US small cap fund managers.

TimesSquare will see Russell's decision as a vindication of its action this October, when it poached seven members of Fiduciary Trust's smaller companies team. Russell has assigned $730m to TimesSquare, and $120m and $150m to Systematic and David J Greene respectively.
