Franklin Templeton Investments has become the one of the first fund managers to reveal its gender pay gap for UK staff, as the deadline for large firms to do so fast approaches.
The US-based fund manager said today that the mean hourly pay gap for UK staff was 28% — below the 34% average for the country's finance sector.
