A new convertible bond issue from Technip-Coflexip, a French engineering and construction contractor, was increased in size from €600m ($532m) to €690m after strong demand resulted in placement in just three and a half hours on Tuesday.
JP Morgan was global co-ordinator and a joint bookrunner of the issue with BNP Paribas. The transaction was oversubscribed 18 times, generating €11bn of demand.
