French Fund Manager Tikehau To Debut on Stockmarket

BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank will advise the boutique asset manager on the deal

Tikehau Capital, the boutique asset management house founded by two Parisian investment bankers in 2004, is to seek a stockmarket listing.

The firm set out plans this morning, January 9, to merge with its listed-fund subsidiary, Salvepar, and thus float on the Paris bourse. BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank will advise the firm on the deal.
