Laurent Mignon, a managing partner at French private bank Oddo & Cie, is stepping down and taking up a new role as chief executive of Natixis, an investment bank.

Mignon was head of asset management and corporate finance at Oddo. The new role at Natixis became vacant after Dominique Ferrero was forced to leave his position.
