Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, the European law firm, has hired Vincent Macq as a corporate partner in the Brussels office.

Macq specialises in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He has worked on public and private M&A deals, privatisations, joint ventures, initial public offerings, secondary securities issues and asset-based financing.
