Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is offering its staff fertility benefits such as egg and sperm freezing and in vitro fertilisation treatment worth up to $60,000 as part of a new programme.
The Magic Circle law firm has partnered with fertility benefits provider Carrot Fertility to offer staff family-forming benefits and financial support with a lifetime allowance equivalent to $60,000 of care, the firm said in a 26 January statement.
