Credit Suisse has promoted new European heads of its financial sponsors and leveraged finance corporate finance groups, during Didier Denat’s first few days in charge of the business units.

Freya van Oorsouw will become head of financial sponsors, while Mark Walsh will be head of the leveraged finance, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News. Both roles cover Europe, the Middle East and Africa. A spokeswoman confirmed the contents of the memo.
