The UK's Financial Services Authority (FSA) and the Swedish regulator, Finansinspektionen, have outlined joint supervisory arrangements for the OM Gruppen.

The arrangements have been set up after Jiway, the pan-European stock exchange set up by OM Gruppen and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, asked the FSA for recognised exchange status and authorisation of Bond Connect, a bond trading joint venture between OM and State Street Bank.
