FSO director critical of FSA's new powers

Rosalind Wright, director of the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), has criticised the increased powers to be given the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

The Financial Services and Markets bill currently being passed through Parliament will increase the powers of the FSA and potentially make it more efficient.
