US stock futures rose slightly on Friday, losing some steam after a reading of import prices underlined signs of a pickup in inflation, MarketWatch reports. However, equity gauges looked set for a sixth straight advance and the best weekly performance in more than a year.
Traders may also be weighing making big bets ahead of the long holiday weekend. US financial markets will be closed Monday in observance of Presidents Day.
