The 130/30 investment strategy, which has lost favour with investors since the collapse of Lehman Brothers, has helped Michael Barakos at JP Morgan outperform his peers to become fund manager of the week.

JP Morgan's Europe 130/30 fund returned 11.41% during the last business week, according to data firm Financial Express, beating the IMA Europe including UK sector benchmark by 8.41%.
