Fund management houses want clear answers on listing, settlement and regulation from iX, the proposed merger of the London Stock Exchange and Deutsche Börse.

The proposed division between blue chip stocks, to be listed in London, and growth stocks (Frankfurt) is another bone of contention. Many management professionals feel this counters the spirit of what most thought was the purpose of an international exchange.
