Dino Fuschillo has resigned as head of European equities from Nicola Horlick's SG Asset Management fund management firm in order to become a director at Edinburgh-based Martin Currie.

The news is being seen as a major blow for SG. It comes hard on the heels of the decision of Peter Seabrook and Jane Simmons to quit as senior UK equity and small cap manager, respectively.
