CLS, which settles trillions of dollars of foreign exchange trades, has named the European Central Bank’s market infrastructure and payments chief as its next chief executive.

Marc Bayle de Jessé, director-general for market infrastructure and payments at the Frankfurt-based central bank, will take up the top role at CLS on December 2.
